Shipping Policy

At KENROLL, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
We currently ship orders from our warehouse in China to customers worldwide.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
1–3 business days
after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

- Public holidays
- Carrier issues
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees depending on the destination country or region.
Any customs charges, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
KENROLL is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipping.
- Refunds may not be available until the package is returned to KENROLL.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of damage (if applicable)
We will work with you to resolve the issue.
